SUMMER PROJECTS 2010
The Stone Foxes album was released in July and has received rave reviews. This is by far one of the coolest project I have had the privilege to master. Another cool album I mixed in June is called A Girl Named T. Ten great songs performed by a darling 19 year old who writes, sings and plays all the instruments including the drums. You gotta hear it to believe it. In April I traveled to Cabo Mexico to record and mix Chicken Foot’s live webcast for Best Buy. You can see the show at the Chicken Foot web site. I have also been very busy engineering and producing a new band I created called YEP. If you're looking for something new, with a little of that retro relevance as a symbol of the music they grew up on, YEP is Mark Caputo, of the alt-country stalwarts, BELLEVILLE and Al Chan, of the legendary RUBINOOS. Coming in December 2010.

MASTERING

Debora Iyall , Mankind is Obsolete, The Ramona St. George Project, Melissa Ludwig Band, Anatomix Comix, A Girl Named T, Chicken Foot Live in Cabo, The Stone Foxes, ING and Widehive Players.

Before I became a recording engineer I played drums in a band called The Rockets. In 1973 we recorded a number of demos for CBS records. In August of 2009 I decided to unearth, remix and master all the songs that had been forgotten about for 36 years. The collection of eight songs is titled Re-entry and is now available both on a CD and as a download. Here's a description of the CD written by our good friend Jon Rubin and a link to The Rockets website where you can hear, see or purchase the CD.

"The Rockets are far more than just an early venue for Eddie Money. They were a quintessential rock band of the 70s. The other members include Santana alumnus Chris Solberg on bass, top recording and mastering engineer John Cuniberti on drums and “rockonteur” Dan Alexander on guitar. Any fan of Eddie or just plain great classic rock music cannot miss this release."
